~All enrollment will take place online on the Hubbe Parent Portal~
If you do not have internet or computer access to complete the online application,
please call our Preschool Main Office at (951) 765-1648 for assistance.
For questions regarding the status of your child's application
We have many applications that have not been finalized in Hubbe. You MUST complete the application in its entirety and upload all required documentation. You will know it is all complete when you get to the signature portion. Once you sign, the Hubbe program will display a message stating your application has been submitted. Before you call our office to inquire about the status of an application, please log in to your Hubbe Portal and review that you have completed every section. If you have not heard from our team (via phone call or email from Hubbe), it is likely, that your application is not fully completed, and you may be missing documents that still need to be uploaded or you may be missing the final parent signature. If you need support with Hubbe, please call us or stop by our main office from 7:30-3:30 pm M-F.
Start the processes of enrolling for preschool by following these steps:
1. Click on the Hubbe Parent Portal Link below.
2. Select "Create User" at the bottom. This will prompt you to enter your personal email and create a password (write these down as this will be your Hubbe login information).
3. Check your personal email for an email from Hubbe (it will be from [email protected]).
4. Verify your account's email address by clicking on the link provided in the email message. This will take you to the Hubbe "Sign In." (Note: The website requires Google Chrome to function properly.)
5. Sign in to the Hubbe Parent Portal with your account information (your email address and password you previously selected).
6. You are now ready to begin the application. Read through all of the information on the first page. Notice the tabs at the top of the page. You will answer all of the information on each tab/page (parents' information, student information, emergency contacts, other children in the household, and a document checklist). To move on to the next tab, click on the blue "Next" in the upper right-hand corner.
At the end, you will be asked to "review and submit." Once you submit your child's application, one of our enrollment specialists will review it and contact you to begin the eligibility, verification, and enrollment process. Be sure to check your email for any updates. You may also call our office and ask about the status of your application. Please know that submitting an application is NOT enrollment.
